Care Agreement...

Prior to ANY care being provided, the client/owner will be required to complete a Care Agreement which includes:

• Pet information
• Contacts
• Disclaimers
• Veterinary Release Permission

+ our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

The agreement forms a legal contract between Muttley Poppins® Dog Walking and Drop-in Services and the client/owner and is essential for care, safety, emergency contact information and insurance purposes. This also aims to give you peace of mind.

Please note, whilst we will endeavour to provide the care you require, the agreement is not a guarantee of services and Muttley Poppins® retains the right to withdraw it's services at any time, should the T&Cs not be met.

It also does not mean that (prior to services commencing) you are committed to taking out any services with Muttley Poppins®, unless you so wish. Once bookings are confirmed however, the T&Cs will automatically apply.

T&Cs are available to view on request and all forms will be provided for completion prior to first walk/ care booking.
